How It Works

  2. We text you within 1–2 business days to schedule your first visit.

  4. Manage anytime from your customer portal (upgrade, pause, cancel).

Membership Policies

* Minimum Commitment

All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. If you cancel before 3 months but have received a service, the service will be billed at the one-time standard rate

1) Service Area & Scheduling

We currently serve Bakersfield and nearby zip codes. After sign‑up, we’ll contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule. Typical booking windows: Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm. Priority scheduling applies to active members.

2) Rooms & Areas

One “room/area” = up to 200 sq ft. Combined spaces (e.g., living + dining) count as 2. Hallways count as 1 area; stairs billed separately. 

3) Inclusions & Exclusions

Membership visits include standard pre‑treatment, hot‑water extraction, and Common spot treatment. Excludes specialty stain removal (red dye, ink, wax, paint, urine saturation). Add‑ons available at member rates.

4) Emergency Spot Clean (if included in plan)

One quick‑response visit per year for accidents/spills affecting ≤1 area. Scheduling within 24–72 hours subject to availability. Not a full‑home clean; additional areas priced at member rate.

5) Billing, Pauses & Cancellations

Plans auto‑renew monthly via Stripe. Manage your subscription anytime from your customer portal (link in your receipt). Cancels take effect immediately; partially used months aren’t prorated. You may pause once per 12 months for up to 60 days. If you cancel before completing 3 months but have already received a service, that service will be billed at our regular one-time rate, minus any membership payments already made. Example: If a $200 service is provided and you only paid $49, the remaining $151 will be charged.

6) Missed or Skipped Visits

If you skip a scheduled cycle, one visit may roll forward once (max 1 rollover). Additional missed visits expire. We’ll send reminders at 75/90 days for quarterly plans and at 5/6 months for bi‑annual plans.

7) Rescheduling & Access

Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. A trip fee may apply if we arrive and can’t access the property or parking is unavailable.

8) Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not thrilled, contact us within 7 days and we’ll return to re‑clean the affected area(s) at no charge.
