We Inspect and ID Your Rug

We give each rug you ask us to clean an ID tag so we know what customer it belongs to and how exactly to treat it. This helps us deliver tailored cleaning solutions that tackle your rug’s specific issues.

Document Any Issues

We take pictures throughout the cleaning process and document any problems, stains or damages for our personal records as well as for the customer. Documentation helps keep everyone in the loop.

Step 02

Dye Transfer Testing

We conduct a dye transfer test to ensure we use the right cleaning products on your rug. Without using the proper cleaning products and relying on a one-size-fits-all solution like the other cleaning guys, we miss out on serving your rug’s specific needs.

Vacuum Process

We vacuum the rugs with one of our powerful commercial vacuums to ensure all or most of the soil is removed before the cleaning process.

Pre-Spot Treatment

Each rug is treated and pre-spotted for stains. If there are any pet stains, we flush out and neutralize urine salts.

Bathing Your Rugs

In this step, we submerge your affected rug in our custom-made foam pit to restore the color, smell, and cleanliness of your rug the day you brought it home.
